What MHA is

MHA is an AI wellbeing companion. It is not a therapist, doctor, or emergency service, it does not diagnose conditions, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

Who can use it

You must be 12 or older. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, which covers MHA storing your conversations to personalise your experience — and which you can delete at any time.

If you are under 18, please tell a parent, carer or another adult you trust that you are using MHA.

Subscriptions

MHA Plus renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

In a crisis

MHA is an AI companion, not a medical or emergency service. If you're in crisis, contact Samaritans 116 123 (free, 24/7), text HELLO to 50808, or call 999/112 in an emergency.
